Since all payments are managed through Stripe, we’re unable to cancel the subscription on your behalf - you’ll need to do it directly via the link.
Please contact us at [email protected] using the email address linked to your SNAQ account. To find this email, open the SNAQ app, go to “More” (bottom right), then tap “Account”. You’ll see your email there and can tap it to copy it. Once we receive your message, we’ll start the refund process.
