SNAQ imports your glucose data from Health Connect which is a two-step process:

1) Write your glucose data into Health Connect

In the app of your CGM/BGM device (e.g. Dexcom App), you can choose to write glucose data to Health Connect.

This permission screen can also be accessed in the settings

  1. If you don’t see Health Connect on your Android device settings, make sure you install it via Play Store.
  2. Open Health Connect either by searching for it on your Android settings or by opening the app if you have it installed.
  3. Tap on "App permissions"
  4. Make sure the needed permissions are granted (i.e. Blood glucose)
  5. If you don’t see your app there it probably means it does not support Health Connect or if it there’s no permission permission for the data type you want it might not support it.

My CGM/BGM app does not support Health Connect

If your app does not support writing data to Health Connect directly you still have some options:

  1. Use Google Fit, just make sure to follow the steps above and make sure that Google Fit writes that data to Health Connect.
