SNAQ imports your glucose data though the LibreLink App. Allow SNAQ to import your glucose data using the LibreLinkUp feature in the LibreLink App. Follow the steps below to import your glucose data. **

Step 1: Required Information in SNAQ

If you have selected FreeStyle Libre as CGM in SNAQ, you will be presented with the following information within SNAQ

The email address marked in red above has a number instead of the XXX on your phone and is linked yo your SNAQ account. You will now need to share your glucose data with that email address in the Libre app using LibreLinkUp data sharing.

Step 2:

Open the Libre app. In the top left corner of the LibreLink App, click the menu icon and then click on "Connected Apps" below.

Step 3:

Click on "Connect" for LibreLinkUp.

Step 4:

Then click on "Add Connection".

Step 5:

• Enter "SNQ" for First Name and Surname.
• Enter the email address that SNAQ showed in step 1 (replace XXX with the correct number).
• Then click "Add" to complete the process.
